Our leadership team has decades of experience in senior investment and corporate development roles for leading firms across real assets, technology, and private equity. We have a deep understanding of the US-Asia cross-border investment landscape. Our partners have led some of the most iconic transactions involving outbound direct investment from greater China and we are now leading the next generation of partnerships between the world's two largest economies.

Kurt Jia

Managing Partner

Kurt leads global strategy and investment for Seazen Holdings, China's second largest CRE developer. Previously, Kurt led international investment for Wanda Group, China's largest private commercial property company and one of the country's most successful and active outbound investors.

Seth Williams

Managing Partner

Seth is an experienced CFO/COO of growth-stage technology businesses including TAILOS Robotics, Sama Fertility, and AiBUY. He previously led international capital markets for both Valo Health, a leading biotech, and Aimbridge Hospitality, the world's largest third-party hotel manager.
